Challenge

The Diocese of Lincoln Catholic Schools offered strong academics and a vibrant Catholic identity, but their story wasn’t reaching millennial parents—their primary audience for enrollment growth. Leadership turned to EG Integrated to create a compelling, unified brand that would connect with today’s families while honoring the Diocese’s tradition.

Solution

EG began with in-depth research, gathering insights from faculty, staff, parents, and diocesan leaders through focus groups, interviews, and surveys. This feedback informed the development of a new brand identity designed to highlight both the schools’ academic excellence and their faith-based mission.

The rollout included brand messaging, a refreshed logo system, and a suite of tools to ensure consistency across all schools. Deliverables ranged from a launch video and pocket guide to digital ads, social media campaigns, and a dedicated landing page—giving each school practical resources to share the new brand with parents and students.

 

Result

The refreshed brand gave the Diocese of Lincoln a stronger voice in a competitive education market, helping schools better engage parents and build trust with prospective families. In 2024, following the success of the launch, the Diocese asked EG to extend the effort by creating a multi-page marketing site—still in active use today as a cornerstone of their outreach.
