Institute for Priestly Formation
Challenge
A long-time client, The Institute for Priestly Formation, approached EG Integrated in early 2024 to design a campaign announcing major updates to their signature Summer Program for seminarians. While the curriculum had undergone periodic revisions in the past, the 2025 changes represented a significant shift—requiring clear communication to seminary directors, prospective participants, and other stakeholders about both the reasoning and the rollout.
Solution
EG Integrated developed a comprehensive marketing campaign anchored by a series of video interviews with key IPF staff and faculty. These videos explained the motivation behind the updates and detailed the program’s new structure. A flagship video premiered at a late-summer conference, supported by a series of shorter videos and emails distributed throughout the fall. Messaging was also extended across social media to reinforce awareness and engagement.
Result
IPF reported a strong increase in early enrollments for the updated Summer Program, along with highly positive feedback from stakeholders on the clarity and consistency of communication leading into 2025.
